We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ROAM Systems. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised — this includes most of our made-to-order and customised furniture. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation; we will always try to find a fair outcome. See also our Terms of Service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
